BACAD Design was established in 1997 by Richard Bacon with a focus on creating innovative design solutions to satisfy individual client requirements. Richard has extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial development with successful projects throughout the Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle and Hunter Regions, as well as the North Coast of NSW.
Richard specialises in creative residential developments including new Homes, Secondary Dwellings (Granny Flats), Dual Occupancy and Medium Density development along with design for access and mobility AS1428.1-2009 compliant development including Seniors Living.
Richard has a Degree in Building Design from Central Queensland University, is a Chartered Member of Building Designers Australia and an Accredited Greensmart Professional.
